Pack with Care
Carefully disassemble your furniture if necessary and place the items back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and schedule a convenient home pickup or drop it off at an authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
